New Tesla Store in UK by end of 2013

During the 2013 Shareholder Meeting video, Elon mentions the new stores opening up this year around the world.

At 17:16 minutes into the video there's a map showing the locations. I was wondering if anyone had any predictions as to where the new store in the UK (white marker to the east of current store) is opening. To me it looks like it could be located in the Bluewater / Lakeside shopping centre. Thoughts?
