I noticed some job openings on the Tesla site were for West Chester, PA.. WHAAT? Which led me to this thread.

I drove by the site and they look pretty close to ready.

Just drive by it this evening and was pleasantly surprised to see the Tesla badging!! Wonder if Devon will stay open.

I hope they do. A common gripe I see throughout the forum is "X service center is Y hours away!". I think as Tesla's popularity continues to grow, having accessible showrooms and service will go a long way.
For most brands of cars, there's a convenient dealership nearby, easy to go see them and get the car serviced if necessary. Non-enthusiasts won't want to drive an hour or more. (And from where I was, near that WC location, getting to Devon wasn't far but it was annoying...)

I know they want to move as much online as possible, but that "peace of mind" and "convenience" factor will go a long way in the coming years

Is this open yet? I hope it will reduce the service wait times, 3 weeks is a long time to wait for some issues.

Looks like things are waking up at this new site. Drove by and saw a bunch of cars lined up along the outer edge of the property. It's either a storage/parking facility or is starting to come to life.

The West Chester Service center opened a couple of weeks ago. It's ramping up its run rate. Some of the techs at the site moved over from Devon.

I was hoping it was open for deliveries by the time my car was ready (last week) but I had to pick up at Devon. There’s a few cars in the showroom now
