im installing my Tesla Offer harness in my 2021 right now. There is a wiring change though for 2021. You’ll have to use positaps for the right door tweeter.

I have chosen and just received the Teslaoffer harness. They explained to me that the Hansshow box contains a resistor to attempt to dempen the front door bass speakers along with the front tweeters and backdoor speakers, which are ran in parallel with the other 4 tweeters in front and the 2 mid-end speakers in the back.

With the Teslaoffer harness the front door speakers are not dempened, so they keep sounding exactly the same as before - punchy and bassy without any sacrifice. The mid-end speakers and tweeters will sound a bit lower in volume, which of course can then be corrected through the equalizer. I never run the system louder thab 50% anyway, I like to listen to music and not get my ears wrecked :)

so I like that approach better, keeping the o so important bass front door speakers 100% intact. Will install the harness in a couple of weeks, waiting for some tools for a proper panel and pin removal first, and then will post my experience.

I also ordered one and had the wires split by Teslaoffer for connecting a subwoofer.

I installed this about a week ago to my April 2019 build SR+. Echoing what some other posters have said, it's definitely noticeable and worth the money/effort.

Actually plugging the cable in in was easy. Replacing all the panels is the real challenge. I strongly recommend getting a plastic spudger/pry tool to make removing the push pins and cable clips much easier.

Shameless plug. If anyone is looking for a brand new Hansshow SR Premium Upgrade DIY kit for to enable the speakers inside their car on their 2017 - early 2020 Model 3, I'm selling one in the Classifieds.

My car didn't come with rear decklid speakers, and rather than finding some and installing them, I just don't feel like doing this project any longer.

How much extra did they charge you to do that? I'm guessing they split off the front left/right for the sub line?

Do you have instruction to tap the wire for the right tweeter? Purchased the teslaoffer cable. Message them for instructions but they are not responding.

It's CNY right now so most people aren't working I think. They've been pretty responsive in the past.

I also ordered the Tesla Offer cable and Canada post says delivery will be Wed. I also bought the Alpine Amp KTP-445U to power these speakers. Tesla Offer sent me some videos for connecting the tweeters in both doors via WhatsApp. Ask them to send the same videos (852 5300 3074 Raymond Wu) @todd2fst4u installed bass blockers on his harness to cut out the low end signal going to the tweeters and headliner speakers.

I did some hacking on my teslaoffer harness so I can feed the stock sound into my DSP and back out from the DSP amp. Works great!

For 2021, The connectors for both of the mirror tweeters are no longer present.

    Pre 2021 Driver:

Instead you can tap the wires at the large white connector. The passenger side uses the red(-) and white(+) wires on the left side of the connector. The driver side uses the purple(-) and black(+) wires on the left side of its connector.

With the Tesla offer harness, you should only need to connect to the passenger side tweeter like this. The driver side gets its signal from the blue plug at the base of the passenger side b-pillar.

Does adding the Tesla Offers, speaker activation void any warranty? Does adding an additional sub/amp void any battery?

It should not pet the Moss Magnuson act. If it it didn’t they could only deny claims for specific repairs.
