New tire time - anything quieter than the Michelin Primacy for 19"s?

just be aware from my research that michelins wear quicker then others .

I've gotten 40,000 and 45,000 miles out of my last two sets of Primacy MXM4s. How in the heck do you people drive your cars? lol

I tried Premier A/S 2-3 years ago, worst tire ever. Only lasted 15,000 miles with severe scalloping that caused humming noise at freeway speed. Alignment was perfect.

With my first set, I did some "spirited" driving, including visiting a local drag trip once, as the car was new. With my second set, no launches, etc., and still got about half the warrantied wear. Most of my driving is highway. It must be the roads.

I use Continental Pure Contact LS and they are not loud and also have a nice grip.

The new Michelin Primacy Tour supposedly has some external changes to make it quieter, but I can't seem to find anyone who has had them on their cars long enough to report whether or not they are good.

you just have to jump in and buy a set and ride it out!! Thats what i did with the nokian g4 set now. Who knows how it will last or perform??
