New TM3 Nav on AP not available

I just picked up my TM3 with FSD. The autopilot calibrated after about 30mi and was working okay. I also downloaded an update (now on 2020.32.3). But when I navigate to some place AP work's but I don't see the "Navigate on AP" blue icon.
I also turned it on in my AP settings but I checked it was off when I start driving.
I have saved the settings and seems it's on now, but still "Nav on AP" doesn't show up.

Am I missing something?

Are you on a Freeway?

Yes i tried on a freeway! It didn't show up even on I-287.
