Thank you for your reply. Yes! I admit it, I had no intention of ordering a car with 21" wheels, but then I saw one. All common sense evaporated because it looked sensational.
I am however, thinking of trying to locate a set of aftermarket 19" wheels, have winter tyres fitted and swap them between November and March.

If you're going to buy aftermarket wheels anyway, it would be much more cost effective to get the 19" wheels, use them for winter, and buy some aftermarket 20" or 21" wheels for summer. The aftermarket wheels will be lighter, stronger, and cheaper than the Tesla 21's. I shaved almost 40lbs doing that compared the stock 19" wheels, it would be almost 60lbs compared to the 21's. They are ridiculously heavy, especially considering the price Tesla charges.
