New to the list.... and excited

Ordered my 85 D yesterday and now the wait begins. The wife said she would have done anything to have me shut up about Tesla. My diabolical plan worked. Thought about the P 85 D but couldn't justify the extra cost just to be able to go fast when the wife wasn't there. So now there will be yet another S in Vancouver.

oh, "excited"..I thought you were new to the list and someone offended you right away and you left..."exited". Congrats on your order and the 85D is plenty fast. Keep in mind the P85D also requires more trips to the chiropractor for neck issues if you aren't careful - so that cost on top of everything else.

You'll really enjoy driving an EV on a daily basis...especially a Model S...prepare your "in garage charging setup asap", and be prepared for 1-2 hour stops at the grocery store due to "Tesla time"...Congrats! :smile:

Congrats on your order! And don't worry - like others have said, your 85D is very fast! I have the 85 and I'm still in love with it. Adding another 60hp is something you'll definitely feel.

Right then, My Model S is now in transit, Way earlier than expected. The bad thing is that we have arranged our summer vacations around around of July delivery so I might not even be in town when it arrives. It's really good to know it might be here waiting for me when we get back.
