New Wheels 22" Forgiato EV 001 Model X

Just installed the 22 inch Forgiato EV001 for the model X on Goodyear Tires.

Ride is so smooth and the tires feel much lighter when driving and handling curves.

• Front: 22x9 is 31.2 lbs with insert part and 30.7 without the insert parts (if you take the 5 insert parts off with their hardware)
• Rear : 22x10.5 is 33.6 lbs with insert parts and 32.9 without the insert parts

These came from the wheel shop before they sent them to me I asked them to weigh them.

They are a bit lighter on the scale than OEM, I have not seen a decrease or increase in range city driving but HWY driving my WH got down to high 300s which I've never seen in the 2 years I've owned. So could be a combination of things. 65-70 mph, AC on entire time, weather was about 90 degrees. But I've had the 22s on entire ownership so as long as there wasn't a decrease in range I'm good.

They are lighter than even stock 20s, depending on tires. I was avg around 320-350wh per mile on my 20s, getting around 320-330 with these. Ride is smooth indeed and quiet. So yeah, they are lighter and much better, they are forged. drive 75-85 mph every day, 70 mile round trip, AC on, 4 people. Not sure where you getting your "placebo effect" statement, Please check numbers

Lighter or not, I can also confirm that my X5M rides better on 22's than the stock 20's it came with, as well as my 740iL on 20's when it originally came with 18's. My X is currently on 20's but I plan on fitting bigger wheels ASAP.
