Newbie.....first charging anomaly

plugged car in at home tonight and went to garage a couple hours later and park lights were on and radio and screen inside????!!! Key was not present not even close....manually shut screen to cleanmod but dash screen was on. Says it is charging but it has not done this before usually screens and all lights are off occasionally hear a fan or a whirr but figure that is normal activity. Any thoughts? Key no where near checked and it is in park and I exit normally hmmmmm

Was the door locked?

If the door is unlocked or ajar, it won't turn those things off.
