Newbie question about lowering links and tire wear/wheel rubbing

I am driving my 2020 Model Long Range for a few weeks now and today I had my wheels taken off today because I want to powercoat them.
They are Axe EX40 22x9.0 ET35 front and 22x10.5 ET40 rear with Michelin tires, 255/30R22 front and 295/25R22 rear.

When I looked under the car I saw that there is very little space between the inner edge of the rear rims and the car, see attached photo.
After closer inspection I could actually see rubbing marks on the rear strut and also on inner edge of the wheel itself.

The front tires had excessive damage on the inside, resulting in the steel reinforcind being visible so I have to change them.

The car has only 12,000 miles on it, and I don't know when these 22-inch wheels were fitted, I bought the car with them installed, so the actual mileage of this mset could be even lower.
It is also lowered with different lowering links.
I did not exactly measure the height of the car yet, but I did manage to see that the front lowering links were about 10mm longer than the stock lowering links.
How much lowering would this approximately be, 20mm or so?

Could the lowering be the cause of the excessive front tire wear and the rear wheel rubbing against the strut?
If so, would decreasing the lowering help in this regard or should I just remove the lowering links it altogether and go back to stock?

An alternative for the rear would be to fit a small 3mm or 5mm wheel spacer, but because the hub is very short this would mean the wheel would not be centered on the hub anymore, only on the wheel studs/bolts, which I am not a big fan of.
