News on Maui Showroom/Service Center

I was speaking to my sales rep on Oahu and was told, off the record, that a showroom and service center was DEFINITELY coming to Maui. Timeline is estimated to be late 2022/early 2021. Was told that the exec in charge of locating them had recently been on island scouting specific locations and the process has already been underway for almost a year. This would be great news for owners, and practically a requirement for Hertz and other rental car companies to serve the guests renting their Model 3s. Guessing the location would be Kahului somewhere, probably near the Lowes and Costco. Your thoughts?

They've been looking for a while. Was supposed to be this year but maybe that site fell through. Hopefully it will finally happen next year. The mobile techs there must be really busy!

Yeah, I would like to think this is a solid signal, but I’m sure the island has been down this road before.
