Just completed one of my annual round trips to Tucson and back to Napa. I've never paid much attention to the SC charges but in reviewing my bank statement I noticed that often recently I have been getting small $2 to $3 charges following my normal charge. In each case I was charging at off peak times with hardly anyone else charging. And I unplug once I have gotten the charge I was looking for. It's a small enough amount that I really don't want to be bothered, but it seems wrong. Anyone else notice this behavior. I've only had this behavior in October/November this year, never before.
