Nieuwe Tesla kopen in Duitsland/Frankrijk

In deze tred wil ik het niet hebben of het mogelijk is om een auto te kopen in Duitsland en hoe je deze effectief moet invoeren.
Mijn vraag is heel simpel eigenlijk:
Is er al iemand in geslaagd om vanuit Belgie een nieuwe Tesla te bestellen via de Service center van Tesla en deze dan ook ingevoerd naar Belgie?

Aangezien dat de website in FR/DE afcheckt of het Btw nummer dat je ingeeft een FR/DE nummer is, kan je bijgevolg online zelf niet bestellen.

Wie heeft dit kunnen doen en hoe heb je het gedaan?

Ik heb vanuit NL een model 3 in Duitsland besteld en geleverd gekregen. Gewoon mijn nederlandse btw nr ingevuld met DE er voor zodat de foutmelding op het bestelformulier zich koest houdt. Later via mail het btw nr laten aanpassen

Interessant, scheelde het veel? Was de import / op kenteken zetten lastig? Ik neem aan dat je geen gebruik kan maken van de subsidie in DE?

Uiteindelijk was het voordeel een paar honderd euro. Als je via een GmbH of een duitse vriend(in) bestelt dan krijg je de umweltboni wel. Dat staat in een ander draadje beschreven door iemand die meerdere Tesla in Duitsland heeft gekocht. En als je in de buurt of ten zuiden van Eindhoven woont is Duesseldorf ook dichterbij dan Amsterdam

Op kenteken zetten moet 2x. 1e keer als je de auto ophaalt en in NL nog een keer via de RDW. Alleen dat is eigenlijk al meer gedoe dan het aan financieel voordeel oplevert tenzij het lukt de umweltpremie binnen te halen

Tesla Germany had geen enkel probleem met mijn aankoop. Communicatie na de bestelling liep ook gewoon via Tesla Europe in Amsterdam. After sales en mobiele service voor batterij ontluchting en slecht uitgelijnde achterklep ging ook probleemloos bij Tesla Amsterdam

invoeren is makkelijk. Kost alleen wat tijd.
In Duitsland een tijdelijk kenteken aanvragen en in Nederland een 2 weken vrijstelling om met een buitenlands kenteken te mogen rijden.
Afspraak maken bij de RDW en Douane, En een week later heb je het kenteken.

Mijn ervaring is van voor de Corona, ik weet niet hoe het nu gaat.

Hoezo scheelt het niet meer dan een paar honderd euro? Bijvoorbeeld als je nu de SR+ koopt in DE, -19% MwSt (shifted VAT) = onder de 34k. BPM is 0 euro, dus dan zou je onder de 35k moeten kunnen uitkomen, zelfs als je transport regelt naar NL. NL prijs ex BTW is ~39k.

In Belgie is het zo dat je een nieuwe auto zonder de keuring kunt laten inschrijven.
Dwz eerst naar de garage in DE gaan en papieren ophalen. Langs de douane gaan voor hem te importeren en dan via de verzekering de nummerplaten aanvragen. Een dag later krijg je de nummerplaat thuis en kan je terug naar DE trekken om de wagen met BE nummerplaat op te halen.
Configuratie in Belgie voor LR - zwart - trekhaak = 60100€ ( 21% btw)
Frankrijk = 54110€(20% btw)
Duitsland = 56080€(19% btw)

Eigenlijk best in Frankrijk bestellen dan.

De M3P was even echt veel goedkoper in Duitsland (medio 2019). Dus zeker de moeite waard om prijzen te blijven vergelijken.

Er is wel vrij verkeer van goederen in de EU maar een bedrijf mag gewoon klanten weigeren (dus niet leveren).
Dat wilde ze destijds bij mij ook niet met een NL btw nummer. Dus toen werd ik beetje boos, gecancelled en het via Duits BTW nummer en adres gedaan en ook nog eens het tesla deel van de umweltbonus afgepakt (want die krijgen ze zelf van de staat voor elke in Duitsland geleverde EV).

Gelijk NL kentekens, BTW op NL terug en alles op dezelfde Tesla accounts gezet. Waren niet echt blij......

Wellicht gaat het nu beter, zaten destijds echt paar "herzenloze ganzen", wellicht zijn ze geëvolueerd

M3P kost nu op de DE site maar 54900. Dat is toch een heel groot verschil met 62000 in België . Of mis ik iets? Is daar dan al een Ulweltbonus afgetrokken?

Laten we niet te ver afzakken met het niveau.

Geen truck, volledig legaal.

Ze zijn daar zo slim dat ze met de telefoon van de haak onderling gingen bespreken hoe ze het konden voorkomen, dat kon ik dus gewoon volgen ! Hele sales voor de EU zit op een afdeling en ze bedienen meerder landen afhankelijk van hun talenkennis .Vandaar dat ik ze niet echt hoog inschat en me aardig beledigd voelde, dus dan maar op mijn manier.

Maar goed wellicht iets te lomp in mijn uitdrukkking, excuus.

Considering now buy a new model 3 2021 (private purchase) from a German Tesla dealer (preferably nearby Düsseldorf) and import to Netherlands, would like to ask if anyone has done the same lately and could kindly share their experiences?

Questions:
1. What channel can be used to purchase? simply place the order via Tesla German webshop?

2. Will the German dealer deliver the car to NL?

3. Are there any other factors need to be considered?

Why would you want to do that? If you live in the Netherlands it's probably just best to buy one here and not in Germany. Can't imagine Tesla Germany will transport the car to the Netherlands for you. You'd have to arrange that yourself. And then you'd have to get it checked at the RDW. A lot of trouble and I'm not really sure for what exactly.

Also, if you happen to speak Dutch, we're allowed to post in Dutch on these parts of the forums.

The reason is the price difference of 7000 eur lower in Germany.

According to me that is the price after the German environmental credit, The reduction is shown in the final price. I don't think that reduction applies to you when you are immediately export the car to The Netherlands.

As other people have mentioned - but in Dutch - you can only get the €7000 lower price if you live in Germany and can register the car there. If you're not living in Germany, you can still buy a Model 3 from the German branch of Tesla, but the car would be delivered in Germany with German plates. Then you'd need to import it into the Netherlands and get Dutch plates.

You have to collect the car in person.
Register a German adres (virtual office for a month) and put it on 1-day german plates (easy). Insure the car (required by tesla). You can insure a 1-day german license. And bingo you get part of the bonus (50%).
Importing than means it is an imported German car (so not a new car NL registration).

You can use Austrian export plates to drive it to NL (legal EU plates with insurance). German 1-day plates are not legal in NL (youa are not insured in NL on these plates and you can get a fine if they stop you).

They do there best to protect this (cross market buying), but any car trader that does this for a living can explain it to you. And it does save a lot off money. Things get a whole lot easier if you have a German VAT number and address (the address is easy, obtaining a VAT number is not).

I consider 3K+ a minimum as a price difference, it does take time and money to arrange things.

Not sure if you should try this but I glitched my German Model 3 with 1-day German license plates with insurance into NL as a new car and not as imported. This happened as I forgot to bring my Dutch passport to the Strassenverkehrsamt on saturday afternoon to register the German registration papers. My Dutch driver’s license was not accepted as ID so I returned to Tesla Neuss with 1-day license plates with insurance but without the registration filled in. It was half an hour before delivery closed and maybe the Tesla agent did not check the empty registration papers but they put the plates on and I drove it home and registered it handing over the empty German registration as a never registered car with the RDW the next monday

Lucky you, but you can use a 1-day German license and Austrian plates. Use the Austrian plates at the RDW....... new car. Just don't show them the 1-day German plates/papers. Not sure if the systems are linked, but if the time between is short this will work.

It is a EU market, just introduce EU plates for all EU cars, just buy and drive. All about money......
