Just saw this cross my FB feed:

Buy a Brick, Build a Museum

They are also selling tshirts with approval from Tesla Motors to use their logo. Now off to figure out what I want on my brick... :)

I guess I missed this thread last night because I made one as well that is in the Off Topic section. Anyway, I really like being able to buy a brick and the shirt is nice too. This was posted on Facebook as well earlier today:

Agreed. :) I know it will be awhile, but I can't wait to take a trip to New York and show my daughter this place.

I have to say this really makes me smile. I thought the oatmeal's singling Elon out was a bit heavy-handed and Elon was, IMO, not only generous, but gentlemanly in allowing the TM logo to be on the Tshirt and I love to see "Tesla and the oatmeal have teamed up..."
    Love this company!

ps thx for posting the link!

I wrote both Tesla and The Oatmeal about hoping they could work together to get this logo on a shirt. Glad to see it happened. I ordered an 8x8 brick and two tees. Great!

I could only swing a 4x8 brick. I kinda' thought the Giz would have opted for the $1,000,000 ENTIRE WALL.:tongue:

Hey, I would if I could. To their bronze pet suggestion, a bronze statue of the dog from The Oatmeal's My Dog, The Paradox, would be hilarious.

Just bought 1 brick and 2 shirts!

Impressed that it is at $300,000 already. (1576 bricks, 4800+ shirts)
