No access to car that was delivered to house

So my brother in law ordered the Standard Range a day after it was available for ordering. It was just delivered to their driveway and we couldn't believe the guy left the key cards in the car and just left. He didn't even ring the doorbell to let my BIL know...

Now he's trying to get access to the car to open the door. What's frustrating is that the car is parked in front of the garage door, blocking their only car that was in the garage. Why Tesla didn't just park on the curb is beyond me...

So the question is how long does it take for the car to show up in the app so he can open the door and move the car since he has to leave somewhere soon?

Update: He was able to gain access to car via app now. Apparently, he need to log out and log back in to see the new car in his app...

First access for the customer is through the phone app. My cards were inside the car, as well...at the SC...
