No air coming from dash vent

Ever since I had the MCU 2 upgrade I’m not getting any air from the dash vent to the left of the mcu. I wonder if something did not get connected when doing that job.

A HVAC part was found on the floor of my car after the MCU2 upgrade. They do have to get up into the dash where a lot of those connections are. It's entirely possible something didn't get put back together right..

Thanks, that is what I think have an appointment at the service center next week.

Definitely sounds like a shitty job.

Yes, I took it in to the service center and they fixed the problem. The service advisor did apologize and said that is something they should check after completing that job.
