How fast Tesla service team typically answers to your messages?

My car has been in service quite a lot for various reasons. From those, my experience has been that it is hard to get answer to messages on their app. Typically there are no replies or cost estimate until literally the last minute before the appointment. Any tips for getting attention of the service team?

Pinging daily does not really work....
