No cameras functioning

Hello,

Jumped in my MR-M3 this morning and the backup camera didn't work - just the black box. I did a soft reboot and nothing.

I hopped on the freeway and neither cruise or EAP worked either.

Also, there were no animations and my dash cam wasn't recording.

So, looks like all the cameras went out. Any thoughts on what to do?

Thanks

I had an issue with AP in the past with my model S and the only thing that fixed it was doing a shutdown from the main screen. I don't know why a reboot didn't work and the shutdown did. If the model 3 has a similar option to shut down the car you may try that. After selecting shutdown wait several minutes without touching the brake or opening the door as that will cause the car to startup again.

Chatted with Tesla. They recommended the following steps:

Please restore your autopilot features by following the steps below.
  1. Set Sentry Mode to OFF from Controls > Safety & Security menu
  2. Remove USB Drive (if inserted)
  3. Allow vehicle to sleep
  4. Autopilot features should return after the sleep cycle
In order to prevent the issue from repeating, for now please set your Sentry Mode settings to exclude Home (Controls > Safety & Security > check the Exclude Home checkbox)

I went out to the car to initiate the steps above and the cameras were working already. Buuuut, looks like my USB is full (little X over camera icon.) That may have caused the confusion.

So looks like it's fixed as of now. Thanks for the helpful feedback all.
