No celular connectivity

I received my new Tesla Model 3 two weeks ago and after a few days my car lost cellular connectivity. It used to be connected to the web via LTE but does not connect anymore. I reset the screen to no avail. What should
I do?

Look under your Tesla account under Manage > View Details and check to see the status of your connectivity.

Did you try rebooting the car? Usually that will bring it back up.

There's been reports here and on TM that the $9.99 payment is not going through with a problem on the CC.

Good thought, but that doesn't sound like the question he is asking.
OP, I understood you to say you aren't getting ANY cellular connection for anything. Is that correct? Or are you saying you lost premium connectivity?

I have no connectivity whatsoever, not even the Tesla app in the iphone gets connected to the network.I managed to talk to the person who delivered my car two weeks ago and she said that there is a glitch in the Tesla software. Recommended me to take my car to the Dania Beach service center. I am unable to schedule the service so I will have to go there without an appointment

Past few days I've been getting no connectivity/signal as well. I would have to drive around for about 5 minutes for it to connect again. I'm on 2020.12.1
