No Charging stats on app

Both my wife and I stopped seeing charging stats on our app this afternoon. The car is still charging, we deleted and reloaded the apps, disconnected and reconnected the car to WiFi and still no charging showing in the app. The app is working for everything else (opened trunk and did a few other things from app). Ideas?

This is probably not the reason, but if you aren’t logged into the main account, you don’t see the charging info.

It just came back. Maybe something with our WiFi? We’re now owners and are still checking on “Star” every little while. Lol.
