No collection date in app

I’ve been unable to get my collection date to appear in the app, even though it’s on the website.

Tesla chat assure me they will sort the app on collection day, but I’d rather avoid unnecessary delays and messing around.

I’ve tried signing out and back in, rebooting the phone and also deleting and reinstalling the app.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to resolve it please?

I used to be able too see my estimated EDD, however after last software software update they have removed. I think it is intentional as they don't want people to panic when tje EDD keeps changing like a yo-yo!
