No confirmation from Tesla

    I place my reservation for a Model 3 on Saturday April 2nd thru Tesla web site but have not received a confirmation email from them. I did see on my CC that it was charge. Just seems strange that an acknowledgement email wouldn't be automatically sent out. Anyone else have this happen?

    Login to tesla.com and check MyTesla to see if you have a reservation.

    There was nothing in my spam folder and no info in MyTelsa.

    Is it possible you incorrectly typed in your email? that would explain both. I've heard of that happening to some people and I believe they were able to get it sorted out by calling Tesla (not sure what number or anything, sorry)

    You should contact Tesla since your credit card was charged and your MyTesla account doesn't show a reservation. One other thing: Are you using the same email address as the one you used to place the reservation?

    Yes, I did use the same email account. At this point, I'll give them a call.

    You are not alone.
    Waited in line pre-reveal and never got email or reservation in My Tesla.

    Called them and they suposedly fixed email address error, but still nothing in My Tesla.

    Same boat.. Called them and they say they are fixing it.. A month passed already, nothing on my tesla, still.
