No longer getting Battery status after Charging

Just trying to see if I'm a lone wolf or are others are having the same issue, seems like after the latests update 2019.36, I'm no longer getting battery charge status via iPhone after charge is complete while charging at home using scheduled time.

I'm trying to understand what you're not seeing.

Below is a screen shot of my phone taken 5 mins ago. Is there something on mine that isn't on yours or did you previously see something that is not on my phone?

Usually you'll get a notification when charging starts and when it ends and the range, rather than having to open up the app to see if it charged at all.

Checked if the notifications are on under the app settings? Try toggling them off and on.

also check in your iPhone settings if notifications are enabled for Tesla.

I haven’t been receiving notifications either since the past few fw updates. My app notifications are set to on.

Thanks, problem solved. Had to select charging complete check mark within the Tesla app.

You're right, I get a little banner at the top that tells me charging is complete and to what level. Yeah, I still get it. The below was from this morning.

There was a bug a while back that folks that don’t have it set to percentage get the notifications while us using % get bumpkins

I was having the same issue. After reading this thread I saw that in my tesla app several notifications were turned off. Thanks guys!
