No Model 3 Team Photo easter egg for me?

I got my 3 on 5/8/18. I go to the touchscreen, press the T logo at the top, then I press and hold the "3" in Model 3 for 10 seconds, and the car zooms off the screen and has only a dark outline take its place. I'm supposed to see a team photo of Elon, Franz, and the group! Where's my team photo?!?!?!?!?

Same, but I have a photo of the photo when I got thr car so I know it was there.
