Bizarre in the extreme, actually. You can't get a set of four tires in that size that cheap.

I have this strange urge to walk up to those wheels, break open a glow stick, and paint the chrome portions with glow stick material. I'm sure it wouldn't stick long but I'd love to see how that looks in motion.
