It was measuring the emissions of the Audi and could not figure out if it was a car or a semi.

Looks like the vehicle is being drawn twice, once due to radar detection and once due to camera detection. I suspect radar sees a truck due to being so close to the car and the cameras see a car. The software then alternately draws truck, car, truck, car, etc.
