No nuts securing the bolts behind my tail lights

So my tail lights have been misaligned/haven't been flush since delivery. I finally took the time to see why and made an interesting discovery:

There are no nuts securing the bolts behind my tail lights. I mean I have seen a lot of things, but come on.

(I realize I could easily correct this myself. I still scheduled a mobile service visit.)

That's unfortunate. Please post the outcome after service, curious as to what Tesla Service Tech says about this.

Well, it's fixed.

The only comment from the tech (via text to my phone) was that it should have been right from the factory.
