No padding between floor and chasis/battery pack?

    Got the 3dmaxpider floormats today and while installing and padding the floormats down it sounded like I was hitting metal.



    Is yours like that as well?

    Yes. No need for sound deadening insulation when the entire floor is really just a 4” thick battery.

    I also noticed this just yesterday. Wish there was some padding or something to deaden the stomping on metal sound.
