I've had my SR+ for 5 days now with no problems. Leaving work today I notice my mobile app wanted me to sign in, after doing so I got "sign-in failed no products link to Tesla account"

Luckily I had the card key on me so I could drive home. I tried to reinstall the app and reboot the MCU. Still not working. Emailed support but no reply yet.
I also noticed I lost LTE in the car, greyed out with a bar through it. Any advise would be great.
