No radio after 2020.4.2

Having picked up my M3 a week ago, I set my favourite AM and DAB radio stations. Then I upgraded to 2020.4.2 and now I can only use TuneIn stations and Spotify. Although my AM and DAB favourites remain in the favourites list, touching on them only brings up the spinning wheel of death. The DAB and FM selection options are now missing. Direct tune also brings up the spinning wheel.

Anyone else suffering the same issue? Is there a way of resetting the radio?

When this happened to me I ended up rebooting the system by holding the two buttons on the wheel until the screen goes black and the Tesla logo appears.

I've been researching since posting and that technique seems to work for most folks. If not, a hard reset (which seems a whole lot more complicated). I'm off to try a soft reset now...
