No service option in app

Same my car was blue on web no wheels as well and my car is black

My blue 2014 showed up as a black hovercar, and the service option disappeared. I think they fixed most of website and the service option reappeared in the app last week. Only thing left is my options aren't showing up in the car details on the website..... says I don't have AP.

Still have my free SC though.

Recently went missing for me too.
A friend with a model 3 still has it.

My service app went missing while my Model S was in service so no way to update or ask what progress was being made on the vehicle. Also, no communication at all from the Service Center even though completion is past its estimated time/date. Had previous issues, as well. Love the car but service is horrible...
