Track Mode is supported on all Performance Model Y (once the needed software update has been installed.)So I just have to wait for update? Is it all OK whit my car?)
So im only just need to wait? ("You have to wait until Tesla are ready to send that version to your car and then you can apply it.") Cant do something myself?Track Mode is supported on all Performance Model Y (once the needed software update has been installed.)
Yes, you need to be patient. Make sure your Tesla vehicle can connect to your home's Wi-Fi network and there is a strong Wi-Fi signal (get a Wi-Fi repeater/extender if the signal is weak.) There is nothing else you can do except wait for Tesla to push an update to your Tesla vehicle. This typically takes a few weeks, up to a month. New Tesla Model Y vehicles come from the factory with a standard manufacturing release of the software for consistency, testing etc.Sorry for stupid questions, but i buy a new car and dont know what should I do with it.
If you just got your car then Tesla usually ships cars with a more stable slightly older update. 44.2 was a very wide release and stable upgrade. Most report that it takes a number of weeks after delivery for Tesla to start pushing updates of the current releases to your car. Make sure to switch the setting to Advanced so you get updates earlier. Still there is no way to force an update...just be on Wifi and wait. Now my version is 2022.44.2
Yes, according to the Release Notes for release 2022.44.25.20. Track Mode for the Performance Model Y is available worldwide.Do we know for a fact that track mode is available in the OPs location (which according to the information under their name is not the US)?
For the Tesla Model Y vehicles Track Mode is only supported on the Performance Model Y.I'm on 2023.2.12 and don't see Track Mode when I go to Controls > Pedals & Steering.
I have a 2022 Model Y Performance. I indicate that under the photo but I see I didn't update my reference to my earlier MYLR. So, my question still stands. I'm on 2023.2.12 and don't see Track Mode when I go to Controls > Pedals & Steering. For the Tesla Model Y vehicles Track Mode is only supported on the Performance Model Y.
