I'm taking delivery of my second MS this Thursday. I picked up the last MS on a Saturday, so I asked if I can take delivery on Saturday again, and they said no :crying: and they only do deliveries Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm.
This is quite inconvenient since both me and my wife need to be present to sign the docs, and it's tricky to get all the stars aligned and find sometime when we're both free. Fortunately, we managed to find it this week, but I could imagine greater inconveniences...
Now this really makes it a worse experience than other car dealers I've done business with before. Not to say weekends and long open hours, they even offered to bring the car to my home and sign paperwork there. I though direct sales was a superior model, but it's not... at least from my experience this time.
