Noisy wipers

Anyone with noisy intermittent sticking wipers. Already replaced with top of the line wipers. Seems like a problem with the windshield

Mine have always been noisy, like an old pickup, but do a great job. I use the factory Bosch wiper blades.

2 new wipers and still sticky noisy. What else could it be. I even put WD 40 on the blades to no avail. When I buy the same quality wipers on my Yukon it is as quiet and smooth for many years.

Although I did not have this issue, Teslas are known to be delivered with crud on the windshield that normal cleaning cannot remove. There are posts on his to remove this grainy film.

I had a similar issue with 3 sets of new wipers (different brands and shorter driver wipers too) and even a new driver wiper arm. Ended up doing a windshield polish and that fixed the issue. Plenty of threads on the subject but so glad it's fixed now

I descummed and ceramic coated the windshield. Smooth like butter windshield wipers. But to be honest, I rarely need it as the water just beads away.

Tried the Tesla OEM blades, the Bosch night vision blades, and now the Trico Silicon blades. All fit fine. So far, the Trico are the only ones that don't skip, chatter, and leave rubber stripes on the windshield. Will let you know in a few months if the silicone blades continue to work well.

Yea, I was thinking of swapping out the OEM ones with some nice silicon blades before we get nasty winter weather. How was installation? And still so far so good?
