In my new model 3, the mirrors all dim automatically for headlights at night. This is cool, but there is a weird border about 1/4" all the way around which does not dim. So in this area the headlights behind me are still blinding sometimes. I have never seen another car like this. My previous cars have dimmed the entire mirror. Are all Teslas like this? I can't figure out why they designed it this way.
