I don't think so yet - They did give up on the helicopter recovery from something I saw a week or so agoI didn’t see any mention in that video of them reusing the booster. Is retrieving it from the ocean for reuse now standard for Rocket Lab so they don’t bother to talk about it?

180 in fact.Even after what close 150 successful landings which were all shown live on video, no one has even made an attempt to replicate the 'propulsive' booster landings for an orbital class rocket.
Or Bezos will get tired of funding his hobby if they don't start making money with paying customers.180 in fact.
No one else has done it yet because it’s so damn difficult. But in a few years I expect BO will manage it. Though at the rate they are going the Chinese may beat them to it.
