None of my handles present unless I unlock with the fob

I'm having an odd problem apparently as it seems most issues happen to Individual handles?

It's a 2017, and the handles stopped presenting. They don't respond to tapping either.

The only way to open is the Fob. Unlocking using that, they all present without issue.

I've tried rebooting the display...tried disabling the auto present > rebooting as well yet nothing seems to work.

My phone is not even with me so it's not interference either.

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if the Passive Entry setting has been disabled in
Controls > Safety & Security > Passive Entry?

Hey my apologies for not replying much earlier...THIS was the issue. Passive entry was disabled. I don't recall how or when I did that, but I must have. Enabling it and it's back to normal. Thanks!

It may have been disabled during a software upgrade at some point. That happens sometimes.

Great question right around when that happened I kept getting notifications on the dash saying to use the app or press the keyfob because it couldn't find the key. So I replaced the battery hoping that would present the handles.

The notification stopped but still wasn't presenting the handles.

To be honest, I may have disabled it myself especially since I didn't even know that's what that option meant.

I thought the 'auto present door handles' option was that.

So...what is the 'auto present door handles' option?
