You won’t get a VIN until they are producing the car which is about 1-2 weeks before you actually get the car.Ordered mine July 6th, July 28th still no VIN and now reports are saying not until November . Went from Aug. 26th to November in the course of 2 days.

What spec did you order, long range or performance?
I read an article today that the long range 3 & Y are being pushed out to November. The EDD was removed from my account.Long range.

Just checked and it is working for me. I noticed the new look earlier today but just checked again to make sure it is still working.Anyone else had problems accessing their order status page with the new website design they released today (that says dashboard on it)?
I keep clicking on account and then manage on my car order but it directs me back to the same page…
I ordered a MYP 7/5, my EDD goes up and down daily but it help firm for about 4-5 days then the last 3 days the date changed each day. I went into my APPs settings and cleared the cache and memory being used by Chrome on my android and it is now working. Thanks. @LoneStarEveIf you’re on an iPhone and using Safari:
1. Close the page in Safari
2. From the Home Screen go to Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Website Data
3. wait for it to load the list, if you see Tesla.com in the list swipe left on it and delete it. If you don’t see it search for Tesla in the search box at the top until you do find it so you can delete it.
4. Go back to Safari and open Tesla.com in a new tab and it should all work as before once you log in.
This way you don’t have to delete all website data and cookies etc. just the Tesla.com related stuff.
There are similar options in desktop browsers in their preferences (like Firefox).
I don’t have an Android phone but there should be a similar process for those I just don’t know what it is.
