Just said ROV crew. That's Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle.

I presume they used a Tesla because they had abunch of spares lying around. It's Norway, after all.

Looks like they are hiring technicians/operators for Remote Ocean Vehicles (ROV submersibles). Apparently IKM Subsea's primary clients are oil companies with off-shore oil rigs.
