Not able to see Safety score

Hi,

I have recently purchased the Tesla insurance from January 25th. I have latest version of Tesla app installed.(4.5.1)
I am not able to see the safety score in my app at all. I tried quitting the app, reinstalling the app. I also tried restarting my phone.
Has anyone faced the similar issue? How do I resolve this?

I don’t know if it’s changed, but initially at least, safety score had to be opted-in on the car screen menus. Here is the screen from a few months back when safety score first appeared:
