Not enough regen braking

Feathermerchan, you're talking about the general way they generate heat from the motors without producing torque. I'm saying that in addition to that I've seen times where the max regen value is 0kW yet my rear engine does regen, say 6kW. In such a case the front motor pulls for around 3kW, and the rest is used to heat the cabin. The 6 kW doesn't go in the battery because it can't take it. It's spent heating the car (instead of consuming more from the battery) and some is spent producing forward momentum that counteracts the regen but that produces some heat in the front engine. That heat can then be used to heat the battery. It's clever, and pretty efficient it seems.
