I installed the self presenting door handles so now I know when the doors are unlocked. I have a pixel 6 and it's unlocking sometimes 30-40ft away, so by the time I'm actually close to the car the self presenting door handles have already closed.
Also in crowded parking lots or not the safest neighborhoods and really most of the time I want the car to unlock when I'm 5ft away. I don't want the opportunity for someone to get into the car and steal things in it while I have my back turned. Ice even parked in front of a restaurant, walked in and the car still hasn't locked. Using my phone to lock it defeats the purpose. Are ranges all dependent on types of phones? Or model year? Surprise there's no way to at least set a normal or shorter setting for locking and unlocking.
