End of last month, bought a used 2022 Tesla M3 and it was on 2022.16.2 but my other 2018 M3 was on 2022.28.2. So I went into the Tesla app ---> service ---> infotainment ---> system update and asked if a OTA update was stuck and in the next screen, it gave instructions for update but I selected No, contact me.
In a couple of days, I noticed OTA was being downloaded via LTE.
