All Elon has to do to keep from going to jail is prove there was secured funding to go private on the date of the tweet. Obviously he is not stupid and would not have made that tweet unless its true. So now the question? Who is doing the funding? SEC should know within a few days.... I cannot fathom any person long on the stock not mortgaging the house to buy Tesla stock on Monday at $355 and change when they will get cashed out soon at $420.
