I was doing some tests on my M4 this morning and noticed there was a patch of heat under the Model S that was sitting all day and night. It was 57 degrees F at dawn. So my initial assumption was that the Model S was probably radiating heat. But I don't think that is the case. I noticed rabbits and cats would always lurk underneath cars.
As it turns out, having a roof over your head does make it warmer.
