I don't know about "high-net-worth individuals" but personally I'd never spent a cent in Wodonga until started driving to Melbourne in the Tesla.

Unless they asked Tesla to install the SC...
Instead of the landlord paying for the electricity in a bank of destination chargers, easier to get Tesla to make it visible and Tesla to pay for the electricity and maintaining it. The quid pro quo is Tesla says give us use of the parking bays for 5years with options.

Yes I can imagine a local government doing that for NRMA and other motoring organisations, but I cannot imagine a private landlord doing that, especially for Tesla. The days when a Tesla Supercharger site was seen as a kind of honeypot for high-net-worth individuals is long gone.

A private landlord may have some indirect benefit though, in being able to promote themselves as forward-thinking, environmentally responsible etc. etc.

I couldn't begin to quantify what additional attractiveness that actually translates to, nor the extra spend (if any) as a result in a particular establishment.
