Looks like there was a permit filed with TDLR for a new Tesla Service Center in northwest Houston at 14520 Wagg Way. Targeted for completion in mid-August 2021.

Interesting. Now a new TDLR Architectural Barrier filing very near this at 19820 Hempstead Hwy, Houston. This one is for $2.5 million and the original TABS filing at the top of this thread was for $500,000. Wonder if it's a change of plans or just an additional warehouse location as the title suggests.

I drive by the original building occasionally and I notice that the available sign is still advertising the space, even up to a month or so ago. This is good news. I'm in Clear Lake but It's good to see options available. Maybe they'll have some 250Kv chargers built and relieve the stress at Rudy's.

I've only been there a handful of times. Just for my own knowledge, what the problem with the Rudy SC? Is it just insanely busy?

Usually busy, slow, sometimes broken. Also Rudy's is terrible so there's that.
When My wife was at the North service center last week, there was some talk about this location may be a collision center. Maybe a combo of service and collision?

Another filing was placed for the same Hempstead address although for half the value.
The one you can see from 290 that isn't open yet should just be service. Collision is already open at the Wagg Way address listed in this thread. It is a mile or so away from this service center.

I will be there on the 20th. Cracked my roof glass from a rock chipAnybody have any experience here yet? I was just scheduling service yesterday and noticed this location is now an option. It's slightly further away from me than Houston North, but I considered scheduling here just to check it out
