October 2021 Order Delivery Dates

Original EDD Nov 28-Dec 31, 2021 and holding
SA did confirm last week that EDD shows Dec 1-Dec15 on his end, but current EDD on my app has stayed unchanged from original

MYP White/Black, no tow, no FSD. Hoping to get in the next run of MYP Whites.

Ordered MYLR 10/16. Swapped to MYP on 10/20. Profile completed on 10/21 - sitting at Insurance and Agreements.

EDD holding at 12/6-12/31. Hoping to see it tighten up with week.

Initially, December delivery. Upon profile completion, Jan 23 - Feb 20. Now Nov 8 - Dec 4. If a tax credit comes through, I may need to delay until 2022 if that's what's required to get it. I can wait a month for a few thousand $$.

Hopefully we will know more this week. Senate bill (which has already passed) is retroactive to May 2021. I don’t expect that to be pulled since it’s already in there and there’d be hell to pay. That said it only affects Tesla so maybe they will pull it. Technically it’s GM and Tesla who need the retroactive but I don’t think GM sold any EVs this year.

Decided to complete my profile and go ahead with my order after the recent price hike. $6K price difference with current price made me nervous about Tesla cancelling my order. Was planning on holding out till I knew what was going to happen with the EV tax credits, but at this point it isn't worth taking the risk and if the bill passes, I should be fine as I won't be getting my MYLR till well into 2022.

10/4/21 order date LR AWD Midnight Silver black interior, Gemini wheels, with tow hitch.

Of note, was from a Held pre-order from way back on 10/28/2020 to lock in cheaper $8k FSD pricing offered back then.

First estimates said Feb-Mar, then earlier this AM Mar-Apr.

Now it just says October. Anyone else seeing this? Is this a result of the Hertz deal? Kicking myself for not activating order sooner, was shooting for 4-5 month delay to time with expiring lease.

12/18-12/31 EDD at profile completion.
11/4-12/2 EDD a few days later and has sat still for a week (which has felt like an eternity).

I agree. I ordered MYP Black/Black on 10/7. First stated delivery date was 11/14 to 12/15, and now it says 12/5 to 12/31. My profile completion date was on 10/8. This has sat still for 2 weeks and the wait is killing me.

Looking at the calendar my OD was 10/5, profile completion was 10/7. I was probably about 10 minutes prior to the price increase (ordered around 10pm CST), just blind luck there...

My EDD narrowed this morning, it was 11/4-12/2 and is now 11/10-11/24.
