October 2021 Order Delivery Dates

Do we know if orders are generally filled within the original EDD month? I know EDD slide around so much but curious if it generally falls in that same month. I’m an original April EDD but my window is 4/30-5/28 for now.

Exactly the same order.. hope my EDD will aslo change. Surprisingly, since Nov last year, my EDD changed only twice.. first Sept Jail and then May-June jail.

Same window for me, I also added FSD last evening. OD 10/17

No, I’m in Nashville.. I am scared to keep checking the app bc I have a feeling it will shift out since I have seen other October dates sliding.. but who knows!

This has been ridiculous. We also ordered a Y last November. Our EDD settled on March 2022. Then we moved, and called to update our address, and it went to TBD.

After calling various delivery centers two more times, it's now showing.....AUGUST/SEPTEMBER. That's almost a full year. Not ok!

I suppose all of us here will not be getting Texas built Y's. I'm fine with that. It would have been a nice talking point for my gun club buddies who only buy F150's or Silverado's, cause.... you know ;'MURICA! Lol. Built in Texas would have at least gotten a small nod of approval from them lol

China factory closed, Berlin is in early stages as well as Texas. So it leaves just one factory to fulfill everything.

I'm about to try to sell my truck on my own as Tesla seriously low-balled me on the latest trade-in offer. Original trade-in offer from Tesla was 23k when I first ordered the car. Last weekend, they offered 18k.

Yeah... but China is for the China market & possibly some export to Europe which will start to become less & less.
US is only Freemont and starting to be Texas.
What happens oversees doesn't impact us factory / production wise, supplies issues sure, but not result of other countries Giga factories offline.

Unfortunately, I don't see that happening either. They don't know how long they will be closed and local management will insist they need them for when they open. Besides, remember when Elon opened up Fremont during CA's shutdown?

You do realize that Russia has closed its airspace for western countries in response to sanctions? So now everyone has to scramble around huge Territory.

yup, just saying if there was any effect at all that would perhaps be most likely. Its not like Fremont or Austin would be bleeding parts somewhere else.

I've flown the other direction from China any number of times without needing Russia airspace. I would assume chips could also.
