They just told me to be patient that a new EDD should be updated in the next few weeks. My is a MYLR with MSM and the rest standard and no FSD.Were you able to get any more info from them? When I spoke to 2 of the SAs last week they told me I should be expecting a more accurate EDD in that week itself but so far nothing

Question? When you call the local Tesla store phone number. Does it automatically transfer you to a random customer service location? It seems when I call the local number. I get transferred. I just asked a question about delivery and pick up at a store. The Customer service rep said let me look. Like he wasn’t at that location.

I forget where you are located in Texas but yes, when I call the Austin number I get sent to a central number.
I rolled the dice and changed my white/white/gemini/no FSD to a red with nothing different. No change in my EDD yet, i changed it 2 days ago. Im a November order paying attention to you guys to see what to expect- but if you do let me/us know what ends up happening with your car. No risk no reward!
Oh, there is absolutely 0 risk for you being in November. My Order is 10/5. I called and left a message, but doubt they will get back to me. Perhaps I'll call the other Tesla place... I'll give them a day to respond. If they don't want my extra $1K, then I'll keep it.
Youre so close to the finish line! As long as its exactly what you want stick with it. My EDD got pushed from May 8th-June 5th to the end of the summer so i feel like i got nothing but time, nothing to lose.

Random, sometimes they pickup, lots of times, they forward to Call Center. But to be honest, even when you do talk to them, they dont know much

I have had better luck just texting them by replying to the original text they sent me when I placed the order. Ever since I got my VIN, the texts are all coming from a person at my delivery center.

OD Oct 28, July 21 - Sep 31 EDD, east coast. I’m hoping our EDD gets shrunk to July - Aug timeframe.
If I remember right, once I received my VIN I kept getting text messages that I needed to complete my payment. Once I replied to the text that I was going to bring a cashier’s check to my delivery appointment, the texts stopped.
I’m exactly the same as you, including OD and current EDD. No VIN either. But then I’m in …Canada.
FOR the cshier's check, do you just use "Tesla", do you need add address? which address that will be? thanks
oooh gonna keep an eye on your order. I am on east coast too and pretty much same config except I got msm.
Seems like last week was orders for Sept and mid-oct. I guess we late Oct orders will have some update in a week or two?
